SKMHSS is a restricted school-administration app for authorised school staff and approved app reviewers. It has no public self-registration.
Information processed
The service may process account identifiers and login or security information; staff profile and employment information; and assigned student or class information according to the signed-in user’s permissions. Profile-correction requests and supporting documents may also be processed.
Staff or student photographs and documents are accessed only when the user has permission. Device, session and security-event logs may be recorded to protect accounts and investigate misuse.
How information is used
Information is used for school administration, authentication, attendance, authorised academic work, profile correction, support and security. The school does not sell personal data and does not use it for third-party advertising.
Access and security
Access is role-based. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Sensitive media is delivered through authenticated or short-lived access mechanisms. Users should keep their credentials private and report suspected misuse promptly.
Retention, correction and assistance
Records are retained according to school, statutory, employment, payroll, audit and academic requirements. Users may request corrections through the ERP or app workflow. Some records cannot be deleted immediately when legal or school-record retention requires them to be kept.
